The School Prayer

Father, we thank thee for the night,
And for the pleasant morning light,
For rest and food and loving care,
And all that makes the world so fair.

Help us to do the things we should,
To be to other, kind and good.
In all we do at work or play,
To grow more loving every day.

Prayer for Examination

O Lord
Help us to do our examinations well.
Sharpen our intelligence so that,
We understand well the question which, we have learnt.

Guide us to write neatly and cleanly.
Help us to finish our exam in time,
So that we are able to revise what we have written.

Help us to overcome temptations,
And do our exam honestly.

With your blessings and guidance Lord,
We know we cannot fail in any endeavour,
Through our Lord.
